Grant Process
Grant Guidelines
The Cross Foundation provides direct financial support to eligible individuals and organizations that align with the foundation’s mission. General operating or program/project grant requests within our areas of interest are accepted.
We do not typically fund:
- Purchase of properties (buildings, land, etc.)
- Payment of individual or organization debts
- Projects which are only humanitarian in nature
- Organizations which are not Christ-centered
- Other needs that are not consistent with the Cross Foundation mission statement (Would like to add a link to the mission statement)
Grants are awarded twice and year and typically range between $5,000 – $50,000. In some limited cases we may make larger grants, but that is after we have gotten to know your organization over a period of time. We also generally don’t make multi-year commitments, although we may fund the same organization on a year by year basis.

Step 4 - Reporting / Feedback
After receiving funding, grantees are expected to provide regular reports regarding use of the funds, ministry updates, and other relevant results.
Mission Statement
The Cross Foundation supports individuals and organizations that seek to fulfill the Great Commission.
The Great Commission is found in Matthew 28:18-20 “Then Jesus came to them and said “all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you”. Jesus further directed His disciples in Acts 1:8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you: and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
